What's New in 1CRM 9.1
Web Forms
We’ve taken the incredibly popular experience found in our new Newsletter editor and brought it to an all new Web Forms module (found in Sales and Marketing). By leveraging a block-based editor you can simply and securely parse 1CRM web forms into any major website provide by copy and pasting Javascript directly onto your web page.
Micro-Dashlets
Just like regular dashlets, only smaller. The team have figured out how to cram multiple report total into small spaces allowing for more data to be shown inside your dashboards, the clever little so-and-sos.
Tags
Ever wish that you could quickly tag a record as special, either for good reasons or bad. Well, using the the new Tags feature allows your to create colourful, arbitrary tags that can be applied to all applicable records. You can also use these tags to create custom ListViews and Reports, pretty cool.
Graphical Workflows
This represents the first of many changes to come over the next few years when it comes to Workflows. We’ve built our own drag-and-drop card-based Workflow builder than makes configuring new automations in 1CRM as easy as saying “Wow, that graphical workflow builder built on Vue.js and Typescript is a joy to use”.
Single Sign-On
After entering the wrong password for the thousandth time, the 1CRM engineering team finally caved and developed a new OpenID connect compatible SSO connector. In other words, you’ll now be able to log in using your work Microsoft, Google or other OpenID spec SSO provider.
Stock Insights
Are you looking for more ways to over promise and under deliver? Use the new Stock Insights widget in any of the line item editors to ensure that you don’t have product that you are promising your customers. Alternatively, this also provides useful insights to your order fulfilment to understand what products might replenishment to satisfy your order.

At the heart of 1CRM 9 is a new user interface powered by our very own MIT open-source licensed UI library, OceanFront.
OceanFront is built using Vue.js, Typescript and utilizes newer CSS classes used in more modern browsers, this means it is fully designed for flexibility. It doesn’t impose rigid page layouts or rely on heavy-handed element selectors, making it easy to blend with other frameworks while keeping your bundle size lean. With easily customizable styles and modular building blocks, you can craft polished themes that seamlessly align with your brand or platform of choice.
