“This system is a great Sales & Marketing CRM, but, Order Management and Customer Service Case Management puts it over the top for us. We have yet to try out the Projects component but it seems powerful. We just downloaded the iPhone App and it seems to make this the perfect system for in office or on the road. We also like the reasonable month-to-month pricing, unlike Salesforce who required a 12 month contract.”
