With Shift, you can use a desktop app to easily manage one or multiple 1CRM accounts.

To begin, you will need a 1CRM account. Any edition – you can even use your free trial!

Then, download and install Shift onto your computer and install it. It’s super easy to do.

Once you’ve installed Shift and created your basic account, you can connect to 1CRM! Click on the + and search for 1CRM. Simply type in your 1CRM name and URL, and you’re all set! You get 1 free app connection and up to 2 email accounts with the free version.
