Memotoo

Memotoo is a very useful Cloud service to which you may wish to subscribe. It lets you see your Contacts, Calendar items and Tasks in a web interface – as well as such things as email, web bookmarks and files if you wish.

For users of 1CRM, a key application for Memotoo is to bridge between Outlook and 1CRM, via the CRMSync feature of 1CRM.

It’s a fairly simple two-stage process:

•  Once subscribed to Memotoo Premium (for US$18/user per annum, or less if you subscribe for 2 years), you link your Memotoo account to 1CRM using your CRMSync URLs. This will sync your 1CRM Calendar, Tasks and Contacts into Memotoo.
•  Then you use Memotoo to sync to Outlook. There are two different methods depending what version of Outlook you are using: older versions use a plug-in for Outlook, whereas for Outlook 2013 and 2016 you can just link from Outlook to Memotoo using Exchange ActiveSync.

Here is the detailed procedure:

1. Login to your account at https://memotoo.com.
2. Link to https://www.memotoo.com/how-to-sync-a-caldav-server.php – and fill in this form:

By the time you are finished filling in the form, and before you perform your first Sync, the bottom part of this form should look like this:

• No need to set any value for Connecting a server as type:
• In the URL / Address field, enter the Principal URL link shown in your 1CRM system, in the My Account – Integration Tab – CRMSync (CalDAV Server)panel.
• In the Name field we suggest you enter 1CRM.
• Username and Password are the ones you use to login to 1CRM.
• Check both Calendar and Tasks.
• Leave Synchronization set at Both Ways.
• Click on Schedule Sync? and set it to go once a day.
• Click on Add.
• Click on the Sync button shown on the screen that follows, to perform the first sync.

3. Link to https://www.memotoo.com/how-to-sync-a-carddav-server.php – and fill in this form:

• No need to set any value for Connecting a server as type:
•  In the URL / Address field, enter the Address Book URL link shown in your 1CRM system, in the My Account – Integration Tab – CRMSync (CardDAV Server) panel.
•  In the Name field we suggest you enter 1CRM.
•  Username and Password are the ones you use to login to 1CRM.
•  Check Contacts.
•  Leave Synchronization set at Both Ways.
•  Click on Schedule Sync? and set it to go once a day.
•  Click on Add.
•  Click on the Sync button shown on the screen that follows, to perform the first sync.
