GoToMeeting – GoToMeeting is a fantastic resource for holding a virtual business meeting, giving presentations, and communicating with colleagues or potential clients. Any 1CRM meeting can be linked to a GoToMeeting session with a single click, with Join meeting links automatically included on meeting invitations and reminders. Skype – 1CRM includes Skype integration. Click on any phone number to place a SkypeOut call, with automatic logging of the call (and any notes you may care to make) to the customer history in the CRM.
Google Apps – Google Applications are offered in both free and commercial versions. Synchronization with Google Calendar (2-way), Contacts (1-way) and Documents (2-way) is built into 1CRM as standard. Excellent inter-operability with Gmail is also standard.
Google Maps – Google Maps are integrated with 1CRM as a standard feature. A single click shows you the addresses for Accounts, Contacts, Leads or Targets on a map that you can zoom and pan.
Social Media – Keeping track of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and all the other social media networks can be a hassle. However, they are becoming an increasingly important part of business. 1CRM can track the social media profiles of all your clients.
